Editorial Look 1 Test Shoot

On below are the photos from my editorial look 1 test shoot and I have tried and experiment with different background and poses to see which one I want to use for my final editorial 1 shoot. 

Pastel Purple Background:

 For my first test shoot, I have tried out a pastel purple color and I think the color doesn't work well with the make-up and the outfits as the colors have been washed out and didn't stand out. 

Changing the shutter speed:

 I have tried to change the shutter speed faster and so to create like a moving image. But I think it does't work for my shoot as the color of the photos are a bit dark and also you can really see the makeup properly. 

Pastel Pink Background:

 I think the pastel pink color works much better than the pastel purple ones as it stands out the model (makeup, hair and outfits). On the other hand, I like the poses of the model and I will be using those poses for my editorial look 1. 

Adding white circles to the background:

 As I think the background looks a bit empty and I have bought some white cards and cut them into circular shapes with different sizes. During the test shoot, I have stuck them on the background in different positions and I like how the photo looks and I think it makes the photos more attractive and interesting. Therefore, for my final shoot, I am going to use this background.
